Evening Award

It is always nice when members of our staff, who are not healthcare practitioners, are commended for their work. Such is the case for Namrata Bhajaj, who was awarded an Employee of the Month award for May. And it was especially gratifying that one of those nominating her is a relative of a resident.

Namrata is an evening receptionist who has been working with us since October 2023. Her role, along with our other reception staff, means that she is the first point of personal contact with the public. As we all know, first impressions count and can often influence people’s overall perceptions of the organisation, including our own.

Whilst her colleagues here at CNC know how good at her job Namrata is, it was a real accolade to have this acknowledged by a non-staff member. The feedback given said: ‘Namrata is very helpful and friendly as are all reception staff but in terms of interpersonal skills, she assists with queries and goes that extra mile to ensure that tasks and requests are completed. She is presentable and professional in her duties and always a pleasure to deal with. I have witnessed her dealings with staff, residents, and visitors to make this nomination case.’

Well done Namrata. You are a real asset to our team.
