Our Care
Chiswick Nursing Centre offers high quality nursing, dementia, palliative, residential and respite care. We work closely with a team of visiting healthcare professionals including GPs, dentists and opticians, along with our in-house physiotherapists to meet individual care needs. Our care home has a fully equipped hair salon where residents can arrange appointments with professional hairdressers.
Respite & Convalescent Care
Speed recovery and rehabilitation after an illness or operation with individually tailored nursing care, along with our in-house physio, chef and hairdresser. We also welcome holiday stays for carers who need a break – with maximum peace of mind that their loved ones are well cared for.
Nursing Care
We work hard to provide both nursing care and support alongside independent living and choice. With that in mind, we achieve a good balance of intervention alongside independence and privacy. Regular and varied activities ensure fun and sociability in our family-orientated home from home.
Dementia care
All our staff receive in-depth dementia awareness training so they can help our residents live life to the full. Relatives and friends are welcomed onto training to help them better understand why their loved one is behaving differently.
Residential care
Residential care is often provided for older people who may have found it difficult to manage daily chores and live independently.
Post Operative Care
The Chiswick Nursing Centre is well used to helping post-operative patients to a fuIl recovery. Individually tailored nursing is integrated with our in-house specialist physio team to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
Palliative Care
Your psychological, physical and spiritual wellbeing – and that of your family – are our priority at this sensitive and emotional time. Through expert pain management and advanced care plans, we ensure peace, tranquillity and the highest possible standard of end-of-life care.
