George Radoicovici
Centre Manager
George is an experienced nurse-qualified care home leader with more than 20 years of experience across nursing, dementia, residential, neurological and palliative care services. Throughout his career, he has held senior management and operational leadership roles within the private, charity and NHS sectors.
Known for his compassionate, person-centred approach, George has successfully led care services, improved quality standards, strengthened teams and delivered positive outcomes for residents and their families. He has a strong track record in service improvement, clinical governance, staff development and regulatory compliance, including supporting homes to achieve improved inspection ratings.
George is passionate about creating warm, welcoming environments where residents receive exceptional care and support, while ensuring staff feel valued, empowered and able to thrive in their roles.
Nikki Berry
Clinical Quality & Governance Compliance Manager
Nikki brings more than 20 years of experience in quality assurance, clinical governance and continuous improvement within health and social care settings. As a former Registered General Nurse, she combines strong clinical knowledge with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and resident satisfaction. Working closely with teams across the home, Nikki oversees quality and compliance processes, supports learning from feedback and helps drive ongoing improvements in care delivery, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care in a supportive and well-governed environment. She has extensive customer service and satisfaction experience, following 10 years in a quality and compliance role within the private sector supporting the US Military healthcare for members based overseas.
Dennis Macalino
Practice Development Nurse
Dennis is a highly experienced nurse and clinical educator with a background in nursing practice, staff development and quality improvement. He has extensive experience supporting healthcare teams through education, mentorship and clinical leadership, helping to maintain the highest standards of care. Passionate about professional development and resident wellbeing, Dennis works closely with colleagues to promote best practice, enhance clinical skills and foster a positive, person-centred culture throughout the home. His approachable nature and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valued member of The Chiswick Nursing Centre team.
Mariana Chircu
Suite Manager
Mariana Chircu is a dedicated and highly experienced Suite Manager at The Chiswick Nursing Centre. A qualified nurse with more than 10 years of service at the home, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership and compassion to her role. Mariana is committed to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care, ensuring residents receive support that is tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Known for her calm and approachable nature, she works closely with residents, families and colleagues to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment make her a valued member of the Chiswick Nursing Centre team.
Paolo Del Rosario
Suite Manager
Paolo Del Rosario is an experienced Suite Manager with a strong background in delivering high-quality care in both hospital and care home settings. As a Registered Nurse he combines clinical expertise with effective leadership, he oversees the day-to-day management of his suite while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. Paolo has extensive experience supporting people living with dementia and those with complex nursing needs, conducting risk assessments and developing personalised care plans that promote dignity, comfort and wellbeing. Known for his caring and reliable nature, he builds strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued, respected and well cared for.
Sarah Khalid
Suite Manager
Sarah brings more than 30 years of experience in health and social care to her role as Suite Manager at The Chiswick Nursing Centre. A qualified Learning Disabilities Nurse, she has extensive experience in nursing home and specialist care settings, with a strong background in dementia care, complex care, palliative care and end-of-life support. Passionate about delivering person-centred care, Sarah manages the suite and care team with compassion and professionalism, working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals to create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy quality care.
Shade Adebowale
Head of Admin/Finance
Shade has 30 years’ experience in working in the independent sector and has worked for the company for the past 11 years, co-ordinating and managing all administrative activities. Our business operations are in safe hands with her at the healm.
Shijo George
Head of Facilities & Health & Safety Compliance
Shijo is the friendly face behind facilities and health and safety at Chiswick Nursing Centre. With 13 years of hands-on experience in construction, engineering, and health and safety, he’s always focused on keeping everyone safe. Shijo stays sharp with NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA training and loves learning new skills.
Sarah King
Head of People Resources
Sarah King is the HR Manager at The Chiswick Nursing Centre, where she leads the HR team and oversees the day-to-day staffing requirements of the home. With more than 20 years of experience across the care sector, including nursing, residential and homecare settings, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. Throughout her career, she has achieved management and hospitality qualifications and holds a degree in Health and Social Care, a field she is deeply passionate about. Sarah is committed to supporting both residents and staff by fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring high standards of care and helping to build a dedicated, professional team that delivers exceptional service.
Helen Barnett
Head of Sales
Helen joined Chiswick Nursing Centre from our sister company, The Vale Retirement Living, and now leads the sales teams for both organisations. She brings deep empathy and a clear understanding of the emotional journey that residents and their families experience when selecting care for a loved one.
Helen explains, “We understand that families usually reach out to us during a challenging time. Our goal is to make the transition to the Chiswick Nursing Centre as seamless and reassuring as possible.”

Arti Khan
Head of Activities
Arti leads the activities team at The Chiswick Nursing Centre, creating a varied and engaging programme that supports residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life. With a passion for person-centred care, she works closely with residents to ensure activities reflect their interests, hobbies and life experiences. From entertainment and creative workshops to community events and meaningful one-to-one interactions, Arti is dedicated to helping residents stay active, connected and fulfilled, bringing enjoyment, companionship and purpose to daily life within the home.
