Congratulations to Yasas Warnakulasuriya who becomes our latest Employee of the Month. He has certainly impressed since joining The Chiswick Nursing Centre as an administrator in October 2023. Such has been his hard work, dedication and ability that he was promoted to Human Resources Officer just seven months later.Yasas plays a key role working alongside our Head of People Resources to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department. The commitment he showed in gaining his promotion continues as outstanding feedback from his colleagues reveals: ‘always working hard,’ ‘maintaining a nice temperament,’ ‘stretching himself beyond expectations’.
