Congratulations to Tatiana Strugaru whose hard work and friendly nature has not only seen her progress in her career at The Chiswick, but also earned her an Employee of the Month award for July.
Tatiana joined us in 2016 as a Health Care Assistant but her application and dedication has since seen her promoted to a team leader on our Windsor Suite. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of carers on the suite.
Windsor residents, backed by her staff colleagues, nominated her for the award. Descriptions of her ranged from kind, lovely, always smiling to hardworking and professional. Additionally, Tatiana’s approach to the job was highlighted as showing great empathy and demonstrating good leadership.
Well done Tatiana. You are another great asset to The Chiswick.
