Congratulations to Samson Falola who is the latest member of staff to win our Employee of the Month award.
Samson embodies the sentiment that if you apply yourself, have the right attitude and work hard, you can succeed. He has been with us for just over a year, working as a Healthcare Assistant on our Belgravia Suite and has already made quite an impression on our residents, their families and his colleagues. In fact, it was some of our residents’ relatives who nominated him for the award citing his cheerfulness, pleasant nature and the fact that he always has a smile on is face. Of course, his fellow workers and managers also vouched for the efficient, caring and dignified way that he carries out his duties.
Our Belgravia Suite provides high quality care to residents who are frail and elderly, and who need nurses to help maintain a good quality of life. We help those with regular and high needs and those who require specialist input – for instance in areas such as tissue viability to treat and prevent pressure sores acquired at home or hospital.
Well done to Samson – we envisage a successful career path for him in the future.
