You might be forgiven for overlooking those quietly beavering away behind the scenes but it is just those people who form the foundations of the pyramid here at The Chiswick Nursing Centre. They are indispensable and allow our front line staff to deliver the high quality nursing and social care of which we are justly proud. Pascoela Margarida Vales is one of those people and we are delighted to recognise her contribution with an Employee of the Month award.
Pascoela is a Housekeeping Assistant and a very important cog that helps to keep the wheels turning. In fact, she has been making things run smoothly for the past 10 years. Housekeeping staff maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, laundering linens, managing waste disposal, and maintaining infection control measures.
Colleagues put Pascoela forward for the award for being hard working, friendly, always happy and pleasant, supporting the team (most important) and helpful to anyone who seeks her assistance. That’s no mean feat after a decade in the job. Well done Pascoela.
