More Staff Complete First Stage Training

Care Certificate Ceremony

At The Chiswick, training is at the heart of our service to ensure that staff have the optimum skills and knowledge to deliver the first-class care on which we pride ourselves. For most health care employeesjoining us, the first step is achieving the Care Certificate, a nationally recognised qualification that provides a strong foundation for a career in care. The intensive 12-week programme provides essential training in 15 core areas of care, including infection prevention, safeguarding, dignity, privacy, and nutrition. Each participant completes a detailed workbook, designed as a long-term resource for their professional development.

We are delighted to congratulate our latest group of 23 staff members, some of whom are pictured here, on successfully completing programme. They were recently presented with their certificates in recognition of their hard work, commitment and dedication.

Of course, this is just the first step. We believe that professional development is an ongoing process. With the guidance of our training team and the encouragement of colleagues, these care team members are now equipped with valuable skills which will help them excel in their roles and beyond. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and celebrating their future achievements.
