Everyone here at The Chiswick would like to wish all our Dads, Grandfathers and even Great Grandfathers a very happy Father’s Day.
Father’s Day in the UK began to be recognised just after World War II, but did not become an ‘official’ anniversary until 1972. That means for many of our residents it is a relatively new occasion. Nevertheless, we are sure that some will be getting together with their families to mark the day. And we know that several of our staff Dads will be here on duty so may delay any celebration until later in the day,
