Well done to Nithin Eldho who has become one of our Employee of the Month award winners
Nithin joined the Chiswick Nursing Centre two and half years ago and works as a Healthcare Assistant on our Belgravia Suite. This suite provides high quality care to residents who are frail and elderly, and who require nursing to help maintain a good quality of life. Staff assist those with regular and high needs and/or who require specialist input – for instance in areas such as tissue viability to treat and prevent pressure sores.
Nominated for his award by colleagues and residents, Nithin was praised for being kind, friendly, continually happy and pleasant, a good team player and always helpful to anyone who seeks his assistance.
