The Chiswick Nursing Centre (CNC) is delighted to appoint Devendra Lallchand as its new Centre Director.
Devendra succeeds Steve Winter and is promoted from his role as CNC’s Director of Nursing. Already working within the organisation gives Devendra an unrivalled knowledge of this leading residential care home, its residents, staff and ethos. He has been a qualified nurse for more than 20 years and 18 years’ experience of working within the residential care sector.
Commenting on his new appointment, Devendra said:
”I am delighted to take on this new role. Our residents and their care are at the centre of everything we do and I am committed to ensuring that they always come first and are supported to lead active and fulfilled lives.
We have a wonderful and dedicated staff team here at The Chiswick and a great group of families and relatives who we also actively involve in our residents’ care. I know we will all move forward together and continue to make this a wonderful place to call home.”
Vuk Latincic, CEO of Ganymede, which operates The Chiswick Nursing Centre, said: “Since joining The Chiswick Nursing Centre, Devendra has become integral to the work that we do here and demonstrated the leadership skills to take the organisation forward in a difficult operating environment.
