Following our heartfelt recognition of our nursing team on International Nurses Day, we are delighted to share the second part of our celebrations as more team members have been acknowledged for their dedication and compassionate care — including our hardworking Suite Managers and the newly appointed Director of Nursing, Aji Chandy.
Each member received a token of appreciation — a small but meaningful gesture to say thank you for the big role they play in the lives of our residents. The presentations continued the spirit of appreciation led by Centre Director Devendra Lallchand, who has ensured all our nurses are celebrated during this important time.
A special highlight of the day was welcoming Aji into her new role as Director of Nursing. With his wealth of experience and calm, committed leadership, Aji is already making a significant impact. Speaking about her appointment, Aji shared:
“It’s a great honour to take on the role of Director of Nursing at The Chiswick Nursing Centre. I am proud to work alongside such a passionate and skilled team who are genuinely dedicated to delivering quality care every single day. I look forward to supporting them and building on the standards we’ve already achieved.”
