Congratulations to Sophie Dunkley, who becomes the latest member of our exceptional team to win an Employee of the Month Award.
Sophie works as a Bank Care Assistant on our Buckingham Suite, CNC’s specialist dementia unit. Her role means that as a skilled Health Care Assistant, she may often be called upon to provide temporary or short-term cover – perhaps when another team member is on holiday, unwell or when we are waiting for a newly appointed member of staff to take up their position.
Since starting her own journey with us, Sophie has become a vital, reliable, part of our team and her remarkable qualities have not gone unnoticed. Nominations from her colleagues cite her tireless commitment to ensuring the well-being of residents, her friendly, professional demeanour, knowledge, calmness, capability and compassion.
